Based in the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and St Paul, we distribute throughout MN, WI, ND, SD, IA and IL. Our diverse workforce of 400+ employees speak more than 10 languages. FM Organic Kintoki Kyoto Red Carrot
One of the important heirloom vegetables from the famous Kyoto prefecture in Japan, Kintoki Kyoto red carrots are known for being sweet and delicious, with very little fiber and a creamy texture. They have a striking orangey-pink red color all the way through to the core.
As temperatures drop, the carrots protect themselves from freezing by producing more sugar in their cells, making them even sweeter.

Puntarelle Catalogna Chicory
The center shoots of Catalogna chicory are actually young flower stems, referred to as puntarelle. Puntarelle makes a delicious salad, but they are also great braised, roasted, and sautéed.
In Rome, the traditional dish is a salad: Puntarelle julienned, shocked in ice water until the strips curl up, drained, and dressed with an anchovy vinaigrette. Puntarelle is crisp, crunchy, slightly sweet, and has just a little bit of chicory bitterness.
