Founded in 1930, BIX Produce is a wholesale produce distributor that provides the finest quality fruits and vegetables to over 3,500 customers across a wide range of markets. Based in the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and St Paul, we distribute throughout MN, WI, ND, SD, IA and IL. Our diverse workforce of 400+ employees speak more than 10 languages. Our internal culture of mutual respect carries over to the BIX customer experience. In addition to bulk fruits and vegetables, we offer a wide variety of fresh cut produce, prepared fresh grab & go items, deli salads, desserts, nuts, spices, artisan cheeses, dairy items, juices, eggs and appetizers.

Francisco has been a driver for 14 years and plays a key role in our Farmers’ Market program, representing FreshPoint at local markets every week. During COVID, he went above and beyond as our sole farmers market driver, handling every pickup and delivery.
Known for his joyful attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail, Francisco loves connecting with local farmers and building lasting relationships. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, the beach, and being a proud dad to three amazing daughters.
