Cesar is the Outbound Lead at FreshPoint Puerto Rico and plays an essential role in keeping operations running smoothly. He’s always willing to step in wherever he’s needed, supporting deliveries, outbound logistics for cruise and supermarket accounts, and quality control. With 19 years at FreshPoint, Cesar brings a strong work ethic and a team-first mindset to everything he does. He enjoys that his role allows him to apply his skills to real-world challenges and believes FreshPoint has always been—and will continue to be—a great company to work for.
