Fava Tips taste like Fava-flavored chard…treat them like spinach or chard in quiches, lasagna, omelettes or salads. Quickly saute with olive oil, and season with salt and chopped fresh sorrel. Complementary flavors are the same as for Fava beans…basil, dill, tarragon, thyme, mint, Parmesan, Gorgonzola, Romano, marscarpone, fennel, pancetta, white wine, olive oil, butter and cream.
